2. Cover a short-term staffing gap so that the organisation does not need to hire 
3. Assist in progressing to the next level of corporate maturity 
4. Provide specialist skills for a specific task, project or activity 
5. Provide additional skills to augment/train/mentor existing staff to improve performance  

In most organisations there are several reporting/skills levels. Not every organisation will have every reporting level, and some may have more, but the skills required will be present. 

1. Senior Management – General, Commercial, Sales, Account, Human Resources, ICT, Finance 
2. Middle Management – Sales, Account, Human Resources, ICT, Finance 
3. Team Management – Project, Bid, Sales, Business Development, Planning, Due Diligence, Quality plus many other Team skillsets 
4. Team members

Through Mederi and its associated consultants, nearly all the skills referenced above can be provided, so rather than trying to list every known skillset here, please just ask. 

The fees applicable will be quoted for each individual assignment and be based on:  

• skillset required
• term of the assignment
• business outcomes required.   

As a guide, consulting skills can be provided for anywhere in the range $AU750 - $AU1,750 per day (ex-GST).
